1. Acceptance of Terms

The Service is operated under the name JupLite (“Operator”). The Service is an independent, non-custodial user interface that allows users to interact with third-party blockchain protocols and services. JupLite is not a broker, exchange, dealer, investment adviser, wallet provider, custodian, or payment processor. JupLite does not hold, control, access, or manage user funds or private keys.
3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction; (b) you are not subject to sanctions and are not located in a restricted jurisdiction; and (c) you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time to comply with legal obligations or manage risk.
4. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice
The Service and all related content are provided for informational and technical purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency and blockchain activities involve significant risk and that all decisions are made at your own discretion and responsibility.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: (a) the security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, and devices; (b) verifying all transaction details before signing, including token addresses, amounts, networks, slippage, and fees; and (c) any loss resulting from user error, phishing, malware, compromised devices, or third-party actions. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. JupLite cannot cancel, reverse, or recover any transaction.
6. Third-Party Services and Protocol Risks
The Service enables access to third-party protocols, platforms, and tools that are not operated or controlled by JupLite. JupLite is not responsible for smart-contract bugs, exploits, hacks, or security failures; failed, delayed, or front-run transactions (including MEV); price volatility, slippage, or changes in liquidity; token mechanics such as rebasing, taxation, freezing, or blacklisting; or network congestion, forks, validator failures, or RPC outages. Your use of third-party services is governed solely by their own terms and policies.
7. Fees, Quotes, and Referrals
Displayed prices, routes, and estimates are indicative and may change rapidly due to market and network conditions. Execution depends on network conditions and third-party liquidity. JupLite may receive referral or partner fees from third-party integrations. Such fees do not represent financial advice or endorsement.
8. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes arising from your use of the Service. JupLite does not provide tax advice and does not collect or report user tax information.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, market manipulation, or money laundering; to circumvent security, rate limits, or anti-spam protections; to interfere with the Service or introduce malware; or to misrepresent your affiliation with JupLite.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, branding, and content are owned by JupLite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by applicable law.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. JupLite does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any results will be achieved.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JupLite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or third-party services, even if advised of the possibility. JupLite’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid directly to JupLite for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JupLite from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

JupLite may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. JupLite may update these Terms by posting a new version on juplite.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination
JupLite may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including compliance, risk management, or suspected misuse.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within the European Union, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
